blackout curtains quick elevators
This hotel offers super quick elevators. My room was cleaned daily before noon. The cleaning staff are amazing. The room had blackout curtains and they work very well to keep the room very dark.
The minibar prices are not clearly displayed.

The breakfast buffet had many choices. the staff was generally friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar. It offered fine views of the surrounding area.
The air conditioning did not work very well. it only blew cold air regardless of the setting. The bed was quite creaky. ANY movement caused a loud noise that disturbed sleep.

lovely boutique experience

i spent four nights at this boutique hotel. the staff was helpful, i really appreciated their attention to detail. my room included complimentary water and a gin and tonic set, a nice bonus. the breakfast selection was large and delicious, so many options.
the gym was quite small, i found it a bit lacking in equipment, though clean.

awesome stay. very nice hotel!
delicious food sauna pool welcome treats
wow. i am excited to share my experience at this hotel. they really do cater to diamond members. i got a wonderful breakfast with so many delicious options at the buffet! the sauna and pool were a dream. i had to sign up ahead of time, but it was totally worth it.
the pillows were quite flat. i had to ask for more to get comfortable. i suggest the hotel replace them soon.

convenient location tonic ingredients dark room uncomfortable bed
i found the location convenient, close to many neighborhoods. The gin and tonic ingredients in the room were a nice, unexpected touch. i thought the provided ingredients were a unique and pleasant addition.
the rooms felt quite dark, I felt lighting could be improved. Beds were not AS comfortable AS i'd hoped! the room wasn't made up until late afternoon, which i found inconvenient given the price.

attentive staff tasty food comfortable room
I appreciated the attentive staff. They offered excellent restaurant suggestions. They assisted us with every need we had. The breakfast was amazing. There was lots of choice and tasty food. I enjoyed the spa, rooms, and bar. They were all beautifully designed and comfortable.
The cleaning service did not replace the sheets .

I really liked the helpful staff. They quickly addressed any questions i had. the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. It ensured a great start to each day! the rooftop bar provided fine views, i enjoyed ending my evenings there.
The room lighting was dim. It sometimes made it difficult to see clearly inside the wardrobe!
